This worked for 3 days after weeks of trying to get it to pair. Help is nonexistent and this is junk. Too late to return it so stuck with it. Don’t make the same mistake and buy this.

This remote replaced my original Samsung Q90T remote. The buttons on the original remote stopped working or would stick and become unusable. This was a perfect replacement, retaining all of the same buttons and functions as the original. This remote does appear to be much thinner and lighter, and thus feels more cheap than the original remote. However, this remote is perfect, easy to set up on the TV and does everything as well as the original remote.I am giving this 4 stars because the thinner and lighter plastic does make me wary that a drop from a height could damage it more easily. Still for the price, this is a great replacement.

I’m speechless. Bought this remote after our puppy chewed up the standard similar looking Samsung remote. Right out of the packaging I pointed this new remote at our Samsung picture TV without needing to do anything else and it immediately controlled everything…including Netflix , A-Prime and Disney buttons working perfectly. Hope everyone else has this experience.
