DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
We purchased a cell phone case directly from SafeSleeve. Once received, we attempted to determine how much radiation protection is actually possible from the product. What we learned is that NONE of the products SafeSleeve sells are actually tested by an FCC approved lab. Their advertising is very misleading! The testing results they use as "proof" that their products are tested was a single test done ONLY on a piece of material they claim is used inside their products. NONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS HAVE EVER BEEN TESTED BY AN FCC APPROVED TESTING LAB. We read the test report from SafeSleeve's website and called the testing lab listed on the report who verified this information. We also called an independent, FCC approved cell phone testing lab and they explained the same thing. We were informed that radiation comes from all sides and edges of a cell phone, so when you use the SafeSleeve cell phone case, you are NOT being protected. SafeSleeve cell phone cases offer you no more protection than using a cell phone without a case. To protect yourself from cell phone radiation, you still need to use hold the phone at least 6-8 inches from your body, use the speaker for conversations, text more than talk, and don't use or carry your cell phone against your body. We attempted to have the SafeSleeve cell phone case tested and were informed that to have it properly tested would require paying thousands of dollars in a lab equipped for such testing; using an RF meter or similar device to test a cell phone case will not provide meaningful or accurate results. If SafeSleeve were an honest company, they would have each of their products tested in an FCC approved lab, the same type of lab that cell phones are tested in. However, SafeSleeve is not willing to spend the money. If you don't believe us, call an FCC approved cell phone testing lab and ask a few questions. In the meantime, don't waste your money on SafeSleeve products. Note: SafeSleeve attempts to protect themselves by not listing any business phone number or business address on their website. Any questions/complaints you may have with SafeSleeve are strictly handled via email. They refused our request to speak to a "real person" regarding our questions or issues with their products. Does the word SCAM apply here? We think so.

You have to put the magnet flap in-between the back/front which is very annoying & we all know the leather is not from Florence
Ok, here's the real deal. It's a well made product, probably what you are looking for but...The challenges are:The magnet is not nearly as strong as it should be. If the higher priced value is based on antiradiation technology - with quality control testing - how could they not install a magnet that is strong enough to withstand a drop or at least a smaller magnet on the cardholder side? You have to put the magnet flap in-between the back/front which is very annoying...and we all know the leather is not from Florence. Moreover, the cardholder does not effectively hold the cards. Be careful your valuable banking information may just slip out into someone else's possession. And if you stack multiple cards it is too thick to allow the magnet to pull it shut.I would give 4 stars if 1 of those issues was eliminated. 5 if both were resolved.I would like to see a response from @SafeSleeve or to know if my product is different from the norm & will be replaced with exceptional customer service.Update: Haven't heard a thing from "@SafeSleeve" not surprised.

This was the best vegan EMR-blocking phone case
This was the best vegan EMR-blocking phone case .... I need to carry two IDs and four cards plus cash.. This was too much, so it started to split within months. Eventually it split to the point where my cards would all fall out if I tipped it the wrong way, so I had to put a rubber band on it. After that, the part that holds the phone started to slip so I have to jam it up before I can take a picture. And the case is looking worn. The upshot is that it lasted about a year. That's fine, I guess, but I would prefer something more durable.

zero stars for durability
If I could give this product no stars for durability I would. I have only had it a week and the case on the outside is already ripping and tearing. I expect for this price it should be able to hold up. It’s not like it Experienced hard use, I ONLY owned it a week.

Right Size
I love this case. However, I don't understand what happens to the radiation that must collect under the case; isn't there a burst of radiation when the case is opened? I posted this question but the answers were from people who hadn't thought of that issue; they didn't have the answer, except for one who theorized that the radiation is slowly leaking out the top, bottom, and sides. I assume the case keeps radiation off the hand that holds the case with the phone in it, which is great, but I do wonder about the stored radiation when, for example, I'm listening to a podcast with the case closed, then open it later.

Good up to about 6-7 months, normal wear and tear will cover camera lens.
Overall it's ok. Works well as a phone case. Biggest complaint is the top corner where the camera hole is. After 6 months it was covering the camera lens from normal wear and tear. That part split open and you can clearly see the cardboard fraying apart. Not sure what else in on the market though. Just with they would reinforce that corner more.

Tested it, it does block radiation - it's a great case!
We used a few measuring devices to test and see if this product actually blocks radiation and RFID, including a very sophisticated EMF reader. I am glad to say that this is actually a very effective way to reduce radiation. It is most effective on the front side, and when you have it closed and latched, there is very little exposure - only along the top, side and bottom opening. This also lets you carry your credit cards and has a little pocket where you can put things like a few dollars. It also acts as a stand, allowing you to listen or watch something without holding the phone. We have these for a couple versions of iPhone and are very happy with it.

Case protects the phone and also protects me from radiation!
My iPhone 6s easily snapped into place. The case is attractive AND I can find my phone more easily than when I had no case. (There have been times when my slim iPhone got lost among a collection of papers. The case makes the phone more visible because of the case color and because it is thicker than the uncased phone.) I like the loop that you can attach to the case if you want to hang it on your wrist. Best of all, I am pleased about the radiation protection.

Good shield, but I can still feel the RF ...
Good shield, but I can still feel the RF energy, albeit less, burning my bum cheek when I put my phone in my back pocket. It's better than nothing, but it doesn't stop enough RF for me to recommend to my friends. To get a 4 star or 5 star rating, it would have to contain a denser blocking material which would make it quite heavy I would think.

Great case
This product is very nice. But it was very frustrating finding it on amazon for $20 cheaper right after it arrived
