not what I was looking for
Very disappointed in this book. I was looking for a book with basic how to info for lots of foods and ways to incorporate them into my everyday meals. More a prepper pantry type book. This was not it. Very little basic info. A few recipes in several categories- meat, tea, survival meals, etc. And some of the recipes were not clear about how to reconstitute the food. Not really sure to whom this book would appeal.
