As described and great for printing

I've spent the last 2 years with my Lulzbot Mini 3D printer and was almost completely satisfied with the quality prints produced with the exception of PLA. I tried several different brands of PLA but on larger prints, my print head would clog thus ruining the print. I decided to stop using PLA altogether on larger prints. Then I ordered the eSun PLA+ filament. Wow! What a difference. Gone is the clogging and my parts are smoother and more flexible. Outstanding product! I'm on my second roll already and I must say, eSun PLA+ is now my favorite filament! This is a great product! Only wish I had found it before spending hundreds of dollars on another (so-called) "quality" brand that just didn't stand up. My only complaint is with the non-resealable bag the filament came in. It would be great if the vacuum packed bag were resealable and thus be able to properly store the filament back into the bag and original box.

Got a great first layer at 220C, you can tell this is going to be a strong part. Second layer looking great as well. Printing nearly edge to edge on Ultimaker 2. This is my second roll and it tends to get brittle toward the end of the roll due to the tight radius of the inner part of the roll. To solve this problem I remove the role from the back of the ultimaker and put it in a filament stand so the filament doesn’t have to make any tight corners and risk breakage.

Stay away. Very brittle. And awful printing and adhesion to the bed. Even with a glass bed and heated to 90 and sprayed with adhesion aid.

PLA+/Pro options are limited for 2.85/3mm printers. The eSun spools have worked pretty flawless for all my prints so far. There are benefits to the +/Pro product no doubt as it's tougher than standard PLA. Print on...
