Very soft and it smells great. I returned another manufacturers strap that was very stiff. High quality and highly recommended. It's a Martin.

This is really a nice strap but there were marks on it in the leather. Considering the cost of this strap (very expensive price), this should not be the case, where is the quality checking and it is really disappointing considering it is an high quality product. There was no damage to the package so this must have been sent out from the seller in this condition.

Imagine that first baseball glove you had, that's the experience you have when opening the box. You can smell the leather and it is very durable. The color is perfect and will patina well over time.
