Bought this on a whim and love it. My skin breaks out from a lot of stuff. This doesn't affect my skin. Very fine scrub particles . Not big ones to harm skin. Use it on my sensitive neck too.

I originally ordered this in a Theorie sample pack of four products so I got to try it before buying a large tube. I read a review that said it couldn’t be used on the face, but that is exactly what I use it for. I love the way it gently exfoliates & leaves my face smooth & ready to receive my rosacea medicine, moisturizer, & makeup. Before dispensing, I shake the tube well to make sure the little scrubbing crystals are properly distributed in the gel-like liquid. Then I squeeze a very small amount onto my fingers, lather it up, & apply it to my face with a gentle circular motion. My skin looks bright & clean each time I use it. It does not dry out my skin. Sometimes I use it with a couple of drops of Cetaphil facial soap, but with or without the Cetaphil, it works great for me.

First of all, the good:-it is truly unscented-for the first six weeks of use, I liked it a lot and thought it was helping improve my skin on my face and body.The caveat:-I have incredibly sensitive skin, most body and face washes don’t work for me.The bad:-after two months of using as directed, this has caused terrible cystic/deep acne bumps in my armpits and at my bikini line, two places I was using it to try to exfoliate. I did not make the connection at first and started to worry about having enlarged lymph nodes or cysts.The truly terrible:-the packaging is AWFUL. Every single time I opened the cap, I lost a ton of product down the drain. Every time I closed the cap back up, no matter how carefully, I lost more product. I was already planning on trying to find another product even before i realized how badly my skin was reacting to it.I’m giving 3 stars because I don’t think the cystic acne is the product’s fault, necessarily, I think I’m just allergic to something or my skin is just too sensitive. I liked that it was really unscented and it felt nice and seemed to be working until the cystic bumps started. But the packaging is truly terrible, so 3 stars it is!

The product is ok but the cap on the tube will not snap back after opening so the product leaks out.

Gentle and exfoliating. I have the most sensitive skin of anyone I know so if its good for me, I can only imagine it would be for others.

This leaves the skin smooth after use in the shower. Only used it for extremities.

I have moderate psoriasis, so I try to eliminate fragrances and other unnecessary chemicals from my personal products, laundry detergents, etc... I tried a number of chemical free brands and found Theorie Pure to be one of the best. If you are looking for a gentle body scrub you will love this! The scrubbing granules are very fine which feels amazing and polishes the skin nicely.

Awesome gentle exfoliant. Will be purchasing again!
