Pretty good product. 5/5 will buy again.
I used a large cutting board to unroll sheets and trim them off the roller with a chef knife instead of trying to use the serrated box blade. (i.e. I made the cut against the cutting board, not just hacking at it from the box). The material sticks to itself but not as irreversibly as regular plastic wrap so you can adjust it a bit.I've only thawed and eaten a couple of steaks that I wrapped in this stuff, but so far it seems to be a pretty good product. 5/5 will buy again.

Freezer bags are better
Doesn't cling very well and it's hardly thicker than standard saran wrap. In fact, I think you'd be better off just double wrapping your meet with standard wrap.

Hard to tear off
Even though it has a metal serrated edge this stuff is hard to tear off. I do love it though and use it in the refrigerator for cheese and vegetables. It keeps things fresh longer and really sticks

Works great and easy to use!
I buy a side of salmon or a large quantity of chicken breasts, steaks, or whatever and break it down to portions for my husband and me. Wrap 2 portions in freezer wrap and throw several in a gallon freezer bag for extra protection. No freezer burn, saves money by buying large portions, easier to work with and more compact than freezer paper, can reuse freezer bags many times over as they stay completely clean. Can’t find this freezer wrap in grocery stores any more!
