Q: So do I use the right foot pads on the left foot? Confused by customer questions.

the sesamoud pads are named for the FOOT are attached to. A right foot pad cannot be used for left foot. The only way to use a right foot pad for a problem on left foot is to put the pad on the inside of shoe not he foot. If this isn’t clear let me know.

Quality Control Issue

These pads do the trick. However, every time I order them I have a different experience. This time they came with too much adhesive and I have to use a remover on my skin. Last time they did not have enough adhesive and they did not stay on.

Head a lot of right foot pain from running years ago tried a couple of things no re leaf my foot Dr. said to get some kind of pad so went on Amazon and found these they work great. will keep getting them because they work so will.
