I'm only not returning it because it would be a pain to take it apart.
The value for your money here is the big problem. If this were only $15-20, it would be acceptable. But for around $50 depending on color, I can not recommend this product.Once assembled, it does do what it's supposed to: It can hold 5gallon water bottles. And It doesn't seem to bend or anything alarming, I don't expect it to collapse or anything. I think it will probably do its job just fine, despite how poorly it's made.So what's the issue? For one, the instructions are pretty useless - luckily it's such a simple design that you probably don't need them, but there are a few not obvious things that it should have mentioned. Both side pieces are identical, as are the three "shelf" pieces. But the sides aren't bi-directional - the holes on the "front" are lower (or higher) than the "back." There's not really any indication of which side is actually front or back though. I chose to make the "front" where the curved part of the shelf is the high side so the openings of the bottles point slightly upward (this matches the product pictures). But this isn't specified in the instructions. But the poor directions are only the start. The included washers are paper thin (they have you use 2 per screw), and the threads in the ends of the shelves are not consistent (some are way too tight, others pretty loose). The shelves themselves are the biggest issue, as they aren't perfectly flat - they're slightly twisted in various ways preventing the shelf from ever actually being perfectly plumb and square. Even after putting weight on it with the screws loose to force the feet all to touch the ground, and then tightened all the screws, the rack is slightly twisted such that not all of the feet touch the ground at the same time.Luckily, there are threaded feet on it, so you can adjust their height to "level" the rack. But that should be used to make up for an uneven floor - not for a completely out of square rack. Loaded with water, it will twist enough to have all the feet down... but is that actually better? It's definitely not a desirable situation.I will give them credit though, for including extras of all the hardware - including screws, washers, and leveling feet. But this doesn't at all make up for the fact that it's all incredibly cheap hardware, and the main pieces are so poorly made that they aren't even square. If not for being a huge pain to assemble, and therefore disassemble, plus the need to package it back up and drop it off, I would just return it. It's not at all worth the price, and it's only the inconvenience that prevents me from sending it back and looking for a better option. Now that it's assembled and holding my water... it's "good enough" for now. Doesn't look nice, isn't super rigid or stable, but it will get the job done. I just wish I had only spent less than half as much on it.For those of you considering this product, keep looking. You don't want to waste your money here.

Easy to built and decent stability
Purchase it and it was easy to built. The sturdiness was not so great but it didn’t break. It would have been nicer to have the rack more incline towards ceiling since give a better grabbing position
