I've tried a few other brands this past year and I like these the best. The dimensions are a little smaller and the bag material is thinner, but they work just fine. The bag easily holds 2-3 portions of vegetables. There are cooking time instructions and even a handy grams-to-ounces conversion chart , but note -- this information is on the packaging itself, not the actual bags, so don't throw that away. Because they come in quantities of 100 they may appear expensive at first but the unit price is actually less than most.My only complaint about these bags (and all that are on the market right now) is the somewhat primitive closure compared to the beloved zip-n-steam. It's easy enough to press and close the bag, but you must take extra care when opening them after heating. The HOT steam rushes out and could cause burning. My technique is to quickly tear back a corner, let the heat escape for a few seconds, then open the rest of the package. These ship first from England, to Amazon, then to us, so it takes an extra week to arrive but they're worth the wait.

I've been using these most every day while my kitchen is undergoing renovation. With no stove or kitchen sink, and living off prepared foods for the time being, these bags are great for adding some 'clean' veggies to otherwise processed meals, with no clean up required.If you have used the Glad Simply Cooking bags in the past, these are considerably thinner and hold about half the amount of food. But they work fine for preparing one or two servings. Just be sure to stand it up in the microwave. I had one burst on me when I first started using them because I had tossed it in on its side and the steam couldn't vent properly.

I think these are supposed to be quart size, but they look wider in the picture than they really are.In reality, they are kind of tall and skinny which made it difficult to fill especially since the material is very thin and folds easily. Nothing like the ziploc steamer bags I had

I love this product and use it everyday so I know exactly what size bag it is supposed to be. I have turned this in to Amazon to have the seller fix this listing. So many people have written comments about this issue. Let's hope it gets fixed.First the picture does not show the whole package which would clearly show that it is for the "standard" bag which is only for 1-2 servings. This listing says it is for the large size, 3-6 servings. (look under the box that says pack of 100).It says:Steam cook in microwaveFull instruction leaflet with cooking times guidelineLarge Size, ideal for 3-6 servingsThis is misleading. Hopefully, just an error on the seller's part, but too many people have purchased this and not got what they were expecting.Other than that, this is a really excellent product. The thinness of the bag, which bothers people who are used to Ziplocs, is really no problem for cooking. I actually prefer it because it makes me feel I am putting less plastic in the garbage.

The only thing positive I can really say is....it gets the job done. Previously I used ziplock steam and seal bags until they stopped making them. There is a big difference with these bags versus ziplock bags. These are super thin so you don’t need as much cooking time. Also steam escapes from the part that you seal. To rectify that problem I just placed a paper towel down on the microwave plate before cooking. I will repurchase them when I run out but only because it’s convenient at work.

As a busy mother I love this product!! It could not be easier to use, and it helps me to get my child to eat broccoli because when using this bag it gets the perfect texture every time! All I do is I wash my broccoli I cut it into good size pieces put it in there microwave it for a couple of minutes and you have restaurant quality broccoli all you have to do is season it to your taste and you can get your kid to eat broccoli too! I use it on other things like green beans I've done carrots I've done squash and zucchini and every time I use this it turns out perfectly not overcooked not undercooked steamed to perfection!

I often nuke veggies for hubby and me, and these bags are great for that. Glad I took a chance on them.

Good product. But they sent standard when advertised large. Wish they would of sent proper size

Brilliant. Been using these for several years now. Absolutely fab for a single person when chucking all veg in to one bag. Saves on washing up and quick and easy to use. Steamer became redundant when soon as I found these 😆 Have got friends using them too and they all say the same 😁

Die Qualität ist sehr ungenügend ! Viel zu dünn. Die Beutel reißen in der Microwelle auch bei geringer Temperatur ! Sie sind völlig unbrauchbar.

Perfectas! Hago la guarnición muchísimo más rápido que el plato principal. Mi microondas es más viejo que yo y en 5 minutos tengo las patatas y las verduras. En cuanto se acaben repito seguro.
