There are not many reviews with weight loss, but I am doing great. I starting with steeping it 5 minutes, and now I steep it for 15 min. I am also taking "Carlyle brand - Gymnema Sylvestre - 600 mg, 2 in morning) and I drink one blueberry slim tea. Something seems to be working. My pants are looser, feel fine. Don't have any cramps, just go to the bathroom and empty out, no gas at all, no cramps. I love the taste of the blueberry, I add a spoon or two of honey. I'm am doing something right, I'm gonna keep doing it. 5 pounds in a week is crazy. The pills help lower sugar cravings, as I am a stress eater and reach for sugar food. But both together is really working...try it.

I can definitely tell the next day if I forgot to drink it. I feel very bloated. When I do drink it I wake up feeling much better and it’s a little easier to go to the bathroom. Taste is eh but come on it is what it is.

I drank this tea until I was completely out! In one month I lost 10 pounds! I think this tea is so awesome. It tastes so yummy, I would put ice & no added sweeteners. But beware, you will 100% be going to the bathroom as soon as you wake up in the morning! As long as you get that one big bathroom break out-of-the-way before you start your day, you will feel so good all day. I definitely noticed the few days that I forgot to drink my tea the night before. I felt noticeably different on those days and bloated without drinking the tea. I’m placing an order right now for another box!

So I will start by saying the tea flavor is great! I got the blueberry flavored tea and it taste like blueberry. I am a fan of different teas so I was interested to see how this tea would taste and it doesn’t hurt it’s supposed to promote weight loss. I will say for me it was definitely uncomfortable after drinking a cup the first time. My stomach cramped pretty bad after drinking the first cup. When I had the next two cups my stomach cramped again. The forth time I drank the tea nothing happened at all including not having to use the bathroom after I drank it. I’ve not lost much weight by drinking this and I do exercise. I do not always eat the healthiest so I can say that may also play a role in why I’ve not lost much weight. If you are looking for something tasty and refreshing this tea is definitely a good option; and it’s an extra added bonus if it helps you lose weight. I will order again and hope this next time the tea with regular exercise and a healthy diet can increase the chances of me losing more weight.

Omg, the smell alone is inviting. It smells so good which makes it easier for me to want to try it. It has only been an hour since I drank the tea (blueberry flavor). I was folding laundry when suddenly my stomach started to make weird sounds. I had to drop the clothes off and ran up the stairs. I had to try to untie my shorts so fast so I won't poop myself. It sounded like the pipe was on, or was I peeing. The tea works, I tell you. I don't write many reviews, but I had to write this one. For the new year, I told myself I needed to stop feeling sorry for myself and take better care of myself, including my health. I needed something to clean me out and give me a boost, and this tea did precisely that. PS: only take it if you are going to be home at least for a few hours or all day. In addition, since everyone's body is different, it may work differently for everyone. It definitely, without a doubt, works for me.

Decided to do a cleanse since being quarantined. I purchased the all blueberry box, and had my 1st cup of tea last night before bed. Let me start by saying I don’t know how someone could possibly drink 2 let alone 3 cups within a 24 hour period. I’ve been to the bathroom twice within a 2 hour span....and it’s definitely been “cleansing”. I don’t know if I’ll be able to drink it everyday, but I will say it’s an excellent laxative. Maybe 2/3 times a week to stayed “cleaned out”. I was hoping for a stronger blueberry flavor, but the tea is really pleasant I used a few drops of honey to sweeten it. A little cramping let’s me know it’s time to take another trip to the bathroom, but it’s not painful cramping at all. I had my cup at around 10pm last night and I was in the bathroom at around 9am this morning. I’d recommend it to someone looking for a mild laxative.

I never write reviews, but I had to write about the terrible experience I had with this tea. If I could give it zero stars I would! I received it last night and drank a cup as directed on the box. Within a half hour of drinking it, I got severe and debilitating pains in my stomach, to the point I doubled over. My husband took me to Urgent Care and the doctor told me it was a direct reaction to the tea!! It cost me $120 to go to Urgent care, and when I attempted to return it, there was a no return policy preventing me from doing so. I called Amazon and explained what happened and thankfully the refuded me. I have thrown the whole box in the trash. Be careful with this tea! Whatever is in it, may not agree with you. Make sure you drink it when someone else is around because the condition I was in, I could have never driven myself to Urgent Care.

Helps you go. Drink it in the pm, and you’ll wake up to use the bathroom. Cramping is normal-it will really get everything out from you haha! lol great flavour too, blueberry is my favourite!

Excellent product! Not exactly sure how much weight you'll loose yet but it definitely keeps you regular!(& thankfully not in an uncontrollable uncomfortable way!)Plus I'm noticing with only 1 cup a day I'm noticing I'm much more hydrated as well. After a few weeks of use I definitely recommend this product ~ plus it tastes great!

Alright, so I've been using this product for about two months, and here's the tea (see what I did there?). Out of all the flavours this product offers, blueberry is the best. Personally, I feel that it also works the best, but I know the flavourings are the only thing different, so that's likely just a mental thing. Is this a laxative? Yes. After three kids, my body just did not function the way it used to. This tea has 100% gotten me regular again, and for that I'm thankful. Taking one cup a day is plenty for me (any more and it becomes painful), and I choose to drink it in the morning, because if I drink it at night, sometimes it would wake me up to go, or I'd have to go right as I needed to walk out the door with my kids. Is it an appetite suppressant? Yes - if you drink it in the morning. If you drink it at night, the effects are working during the night... so unless you have a problem with getting up in the night to eat, it's more effective to drink it in the morning. Does it help you loose weight? Long, long, long term, I would say maybe. This is not a quick fix that makes you drop 10lbs in a week. But the appetite suppressant part, over a long time, combined with a healthy diet and exercise would eventually help with weight-loss. But by no means think you can buy a package of this and be slimmer by the time you're done. Bottom line - 100% buy this if you are looking for a gentle laxative. Look elsewhere if you want a quick weight-loss product (ps, those don't exist).

Seriously the beat tea ever!!!;I was taking senna tablets and switched to this tea! It'd amazing does exactly what it says it does !!!! You will 100% get bowel movements and lose weight I've edited my review to add in that ko thes down the road I'm still ordering this tea it is amazing and taste wonderful the blueberry is my fave

My honest experience with the product is pretty much a rehash of many reviews so far; PROS: - Blueberry tea tastes very good. Certainly notice less/little bloatiness for a day or two after drinking it. CONS: - It' s mild/medium laxative. So any weight loss seems temporary as it is simply pushing more out of you, poop wise. It gives me bad cramping and really if you have a job where you cannot get to the washroom immediately as needed, it's risky to take it on a day you're at work. Temporarily helps with bloating, that's about it.
