Excelente controlador, hasta ahora todo bien!
La verdad dudamos mucho, mucho, mucho, por todos los comentarios que existen del problema que pioneer tuvo con un lote de este modelo en especial, pero revisando vimos que eso fue el año pasado, por lo que decidimos comprarla, en cuanto nos llego (que por cierto todo estuvo en tiempo y forma), revisamos si traía el punto negro al lado del código de barras para saber si es del lote fuera de fallas y si, lo tenía (en ese momento nos tranquilizamos un poco), llevamos un poco más de una semana probando el producto y HASTA AHORA NO HEMOS TENIDO NINGÚN PROBLEMA, todo funciona sin inconvenientes.El empaque llegó sin el sello en su caja, pero al sacarlo NO notamos que este usado, se ve nuevo, apenas esta semana vamos a instalar las licencias de software que incluyen, esperemos no tengan problema, cualquier detalle les actualizamos esta reseña.Al final, es un producto bueno, materiales de primera, se ven resistentes al uso rudo, te recomendamos ver varios tutoriales en línea ya que su uso no es sencillo, claro... si quieres aprovechar al 100% sus características, el costo se nos hace un poco alto, esperemos valga la pena la inversión y que sea durable para el tipo de uso que le daremos.

Many SX3's have defective jog wheels including mine
Within 3 days of use at home both capacitive sensors in the jog wheels stopped working unless I pressed down on the top cover next to the wheel at the same time. Checked forums and YouTube and lots of people are having the same issue with no apparent solution. Pioneer normally makes great products but this is certainly not one of them. Very disappointed

Exactly as advertised
This is a major step up for me as my previous controller was a Numark Mixtrack Pro 3. The layout is beautiful with so many different sound effects. The 4 mixers feel very good and seem to be put together really well. I already had Serato DJ Pro so all I had to do was download the Pioneer DDJ software, plug in and play. Extremely happy with my purchase and hope to use in the club!

box was damaged, missing add-ons
product works great, however bonus material included seemed to have been removed from the box, and the entire box shipped to me was broken and had holes in it. Tried to go through the customer support like throughout all three parties and there was no resolution... decided to give up and just use the turntable without the add-ons, which works great so far .

Deception
Just deception. Bunch of technical issues. Two call up by pioneer in less than 4 months! I sold mine and got an SX2 as it was my previous controller.
