Great Cage for a Great price-Surprise!
After looking at cages in our stores, I bought this cage entirely based on reviews...something I never do. The price was suspiciously cheap for the old adage "You get what you paid for"...I am a believer in reading reviews now. Great little cage for a great little price. Very sturdy and better made then some of the expensive cages. I ordered the silver, but got the black..no biggie....Mine had no damage and no missing parts and went together in 15 minutes tops.I use it basically for my Sulphur crested cockatoo Ellie to sleep in...She is 12 inches tail to crest and has plenty of wiggle room. If you cage your medium size birdie all the time, this is not the cage for you. Too small. But for love birds and cockatiels, parakeets and 6 inch birdies and smaller...super roomy for living in it all the time with little "outside" time. A great cage for those latch pickers...no way for a small parrot to open the latch..Ellie tried!!! and she is good at it.The instructions are under the shipping label for those that said none came. If you have a climber and leave the door open all day, this cage is a great and easy escape...down the leg and off they go. No poop or seed catcher..(they never worked anyway), so paper around the cage works fine..I am delighted with the product and its construction...Found a few cages like it locally ranging about 150 dollars and up...REMEMBER...I would not try to keep a medium size parrot in this cage all day...too confining. The play pen on top is functional, but we put her birdie gym on top of the closed top and she is a happy girl....Great choice! Shipping was right on time. It rolls nicely on carpet, and the casters are locked in, so they do not fall out like the expensive cages....Ellie says....Go buy one, she approves!

i like it
i bought this cage for my quaker parrot. i have 2 and they were fighting too much so i decided to separate them. The cage is smaller then the one i have but i am happy with the size of this one. It was not that hard to assemble but it would be helpful if there was a picture included with the instructions or on the box. i'm not 100% satified with how the cage sits on the base. The fit could be a little more stable or snug. Overall i'm happy with the cage and i believe the price is fair. the perches incl'd with the cage is a little thick, i think they would be more suited for a larger bird. To make sure the bird has a variation in perch diameters i make my own from branches in my yard. The perch that attaches to the top and connect to the doors on top does not stay in place as shown in the picture and i find it fits more stable if you place it lower on those open doors. i like having the food and water bowl that attach directly to the cage and has its own door which makes it very accessible.(FYI-- for all bird owners, please make sure your bird has perches with varied diameters for the health of their feet)

This is a good cage
For the price, this is a good cage. I read other reviews on this cage and really was on the fence about ordering it. My only real complaints are 1) one of the nuts that came with the cage was stripped, but we used a zip tie in place (temporary until we go to Lowes) 2) the food doors are strange to me 3) the base of the cage itself doesn't fit quite properly to the stand. I have a green cheek conure in there, so none of my problems are an issue with a small bird. If a bigger bird were put in there, though, I would consider a different cage, only because I would be afraid movement would shake the cage off the stand. We also had to do a bit of tweaking for the sides to fit together snug and sturdy, but nothing pliers can't do. All in all, a pretty good cage.

Not sturdy enough
Not what I expected. Hard to put together. A lot of parts where bent. Not sturdy to putWater dish on cage but made itWork. I will not bye this again cause not happy for the money I paid.

Not very sturdy, but just what I needed . . .
I have a former version of this cage perhaps 15 years old. The old cage had a wheel break off and I couldn't fix it because of how it is designed. Rather than buy a whole new and higher priced cage (which I now could afford) and go through the long process of introducing the bird to said new cage I instead bought this entire cage just for its parts. For a moment I thought about just using the new cage but the black antiqued chrome made the bird hard to see within and then it wasn't as sturdy as my all chrome old cage.

Not The Greatest But Good Enough
I got this cage for my Cockatiel who is quite fond of hanging upside down and flapping her wings so I wanted her to have plenty of space. While it is big enough it is kind of flimsy. Doesn't quite fit together the way it should. I'm not picky so I kept it but I imagine for bigger birds the flimsiness might be a problem. In one part. I used a binder clip to stabilize it.

Exactly the type of cage I was looking for except...
I received this item very quickly which I was super happy about, but putting it together was a whole different story. First, you definitely need 2 people to assemble this and a word to the wise, MAKE SURE THE CGAE PROPERLY FITS TOGETHER BEFORE YOU BOTHER WITH THE STAND!I learned that the hard way, because after about an hour and a half of taking everything out of the box, trying to understand the picture with no words directions and finally putting the stand together by myself to come to find out the cage doesn't fit AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!! The cage pieces were bent, they didn't fit together to form a cage on the stand or in general. I was so upset that over 2 hours of attempting to put this together, it wouldn't work! I'm sure I got a defective piece and Amazon was willing to replace it, but after this experience I didn't want to chance it. I loved the concept of it and it had the features of everything I was looking for but it didn't work out. Maybe you can take your chances with it and hopefully get a good result, but as for me that was about 3 and a half hours I will never get back.

nice
Price is right but no written instructions just a picture. Took awhile to figure out and assemble it properly. They should at least have abc instructions. Wire was dented in some places. Had to bend things tt the proper form. Make sure you have your own tools to put it together. If you want a nice size cage for half the price or more....I'd recommend this cage. Our quaker parrot really loves the cage and the top of the cage opens which is a really nice feature.

seems like it's been rubbed so the paint is no longer ...
Don't buy this!! Do yourself a favor, don't buy that cage--the paint is falling "out of the box" ,there's missing paint at a lot of place, seems like it's been rubbed so the paint is no longer there- it is cheaply made, the base of the legs were uneven at the point I couldn't screw them on the bottom. Pay more and get a real cage so it will last much longer than this one.

Lovely, solid cage.
Very nice cage we purchased for our two new lovebirds. There is lots of room for different types of perch's, toys and several food/ water dishes. It does not wheel smoothly unless on perfect floor but it is sturdy and does not take a lot of room. We love the fact we can have a large cage that can be moved from room to room when necessary. The bottom shelf is more to keep the legs supported I don't think I would put anything too heavy on it.

Very flimsy. Not built well
This cage was very flimsy. It doesn’t go together very wel so doesn’t take much to come apart. I ended up returning it.

Too bad we weren't aware that assembly was required - it did take two to do! The parrot loves it!
