Babylock "Clear Foot for Overlock" (BLE8-CLF) [Ovation & Evolution] for Exclusive Use! Serger Machine [Parallel Import from Japan]

This is a nice foot, however it comes unassembled with no instructions on how to put it together. I received 2 clear plastic pieces a spring and a metal pin. I could see how the 2 pieces fit together and where the pin needed to be inserted but I couldn't figure out where the spring went and without the spring properly inserted the pin would fall out. I was going to return it but luckily I'm married to a mechanical engineer and he had it together in minutes. It's a great price and does come with sewing instructions on how to used the foot, just no instructions on how to put it together.

The foot received is not the foot pictured The picture is of the genuine BL foot I believe. The foot I received is very light weight, the ridges that help keep a straight seam end at the "tape" opening, and the "bar" that attaches the foot to the serger is missing.

I find that the clear serger feet are easier to use, and allow one to align the sewing project more accurately. I never thought I would find feet to fit my Babylock Triumph on Amazon!

I had two of them and lost both, how I did that don't know. This is the one baby lock sells. I love using it because I can see where the threads are especially when I do a cover stitch.

Great product, easier to view fabric on the serger using this foot.

It fits, but there’s an odd spring coming off the left side of the foot (if you are facing the machine)

I bought this for my Babylock Evolution. Fits perfectly and now I can see underneath the foot. Works perfectly. As described.
