THE QUALITY IS NOT TOO GOOD ITS VERY AVERAGE AND GOOD FOR BEGINNERS LEVEL PLAY, THE OUTER FITTING RING IS MADE UP OF RUBBER MATERIAL, YOU CAN SEE IN IMAGE THERE IS SLIGHT CUT ON THE RUBBER PORTION OF MY PRODUCT.
