I was VERY apprehensive about buying a random manufacturer replacement screen after my wife dropped her XS. The instructions were fine and start to finish took me maybe half an hour.Make sure you are extra careful when disconnecting the sensor assembly from your old screen AND make sure you power things back on before closing it back up. I found the digitizer wasn't working when I powered it up the first time, I had just done a bad job getting my ribbon cables back in. After shutting it back down, disconnecting and reconnecting the ribbon cables and voila everything worked fine.Screen quality was great, the digitizer works great, and my old sensor assembly transferred over just fine, so Face ID etc work fine.For the price, can't be beat.

I have tried and failed to work on small electronics on several occasions, usually due to my big unsteady hands coupled with my lack of patience and ease of annoyance with anything ribbon cable related. But more than once, it was actually due to substandard replacement products, or worse: included toolkits that arent worth the metal of which theyre constructed. And then i bought this replacement screen for my iphone xs after breaking the original one whos leftmost part of the touch stopped working, and whos glass was gouged and scratched by what was i assume a woman with diamond earrings. While attempting to cut the adhesive the screen cracked halfway up.Anyways imagine my surprise when this arrived today- the screen looking PRISTINE and packed to survive shipping flawlessly. But the fact that the included toolkit was very high quality!!! And it comes with literally everything save for a magnetic mat (even though you could use the plastic shell the screen comes in to sort your screws)! The pentalobe, phillips and tripoint screwdrivers are perfectly magnetized and fit and work PERFECTLY in one hand. They include a top quality adhesive seal, a decent suction cup, a thick and sturdy spudger that pops the connections off effortlessly and what was the biggest feat for me- a pair of tweezers that do not suck at ALL. Even threw in an extra piece that holds the speaker/earpiece to the display in case you gave up on the one from your old display. AND EVEN A SIM EJECT TOOL! My phone didnt even come with one of those!What has traditionally been a practice in frustration and futility for me, became a ten minute task which i was able to complete successfully, and with maybe two swear words. My phone looks and feels newer than when i bought it, and i will never again buy any cell phone repair pieces from anyone else.I normally don’t write reviews on amazon but these folks earned every letter of this praise!Buy this screen replacement kit if thats what you need. It is far and away the best deal and best quality youll find anywhere. Thank you for making a great product.

Bought open-box in "like new" condition. First purchase of this screen arrived with only the screen and no supporting items that it supposed to come with. The screen looked very similar in visual match as far the physical chips etc, on the back, however it was missing the vertical metal tabs that go around the perimeter. I went ahead and tried to install it and found it also had damage to part of the ribbon cable with the insulation scraped off enough to show parts of the copper conductor below. Since I had already taken apart my phone, decided to test it anyway and found it to power up but unusable with no touch response on the right half of the screen.Called Amazon, and they gave me a refund and then I ordered another thinking maybe its just a mistake. Second one arrived in a completely different style package, and this time included all the advertised accessories. The display itself looked a bit different, and thicker than the first one. This time the back did have the vertical tabs, but the chips etc. looked different vs. the original apple screen. Went ahead and installed once again, and this time was happy to see it all powered up and I was able to log into my phone. It is clearly thicker and sticks out more than it should. Seemed functional and nice clean colors and sharpness. Tested the touch and it seemed very responsive, but then I realized that the brightness was very low. I like to keep my brightness as low as possible for the light conditions in the room so thought maybe it will be ok for me. Basically adjusting it's brightness from medium to full is only good enough for indoor use. But it only gains a slight amount when you slide it to max brightness setting. Even next to me old iPhone 6, the screen is about 1/4 the brightness. The first time I went outside, the screen was basically unusable in the sunlight. I had to do all sorts of attempts to stand and way to shade it enough to make out what's on the screen. I was let down, but thought maybe I can live with it. Now two days later I find a new issue with the touch sensitive of the screen going out of control. I repeatedly found it on and heating up my pocket. I took it out and it seemed like a call was coming in. I tried to answer it but it quickly hung up upon answering. This was immediately followed by it making a call to another number of my recently called list. I thought maybe I did something wrong, and tried to hang up. It instantly dialed another number off the list. This repeatedly for nearly 10-14 different calls that it kept trying to dial. As I watched the screen it was as though a finger was tapping from my recently called list. I realized it was just clicking itself and registering a touch when I wasn't even making one. I kept trying to quickly hang up all the calls as I dialed out and then eventually had to power it down to make it stop. I can't have that happen so sadly now I am looking at having to disassemble my phone again to replace this.Not sure if these screens are all bad or if the quality control on the open box items is just being done carelessly. Bought this because of all the great review, so seems like some people are getting good screens. If someone sends back a defective screen, is it just being put back in the store and reshipped? I do not see an option to contact the seller. I really hope they see this and maybe can correct this for me ASAP. Otherwise, I think I have to order a different screen as I can't keep putting in so much time re-replacing the same screen. Hope someone finds this helpful, and certainly hope it makes the seller take quality control more seriously.

There’s minor touch screen issues and the refresh rate is not high at all. That being said, the screen is 100% functional, came with all the tools needed, and a good bang for your buck. Simple install for the iPhone X aswell, and good tutorial

So far, it works more better than I expected.

A fronte di un preventivo di più di 300 euro per uno schermo originale questo non ha niente da invidiare. Dopo aver visto un paio di tutorial me lo sono montato abbastanza facilmente. Funziona tutto perfettamente e non notò differenze sostanziali rispetto a prima. Da apprezzare anche la presenza della guarnizione e del pellicola salvaschermo. Attrezzi per il ricambio inclusi un po’ scadenti ma si possono usare. Per ora molto soddisfatto.
