Takes forever to get a reading..if you dont wanna stand there for 3 mins to get a reading i suggest just paying the high price elsewhere.

hard to calibrate not accuracy

Using these in place of pH strips, works very well, accurate and good battery life. Re-calibrating is straightforward and it has held up well in fairly tough conditions.

... cannot re-calibrate accurately despite having carefully followed the instructions for using the buffer solution.

Worked for 2 days after calibration and then began to randomly display numbers and would not reset or re-calibrate.

Excellent product, definitely has a bit of learning curve to use properly but well worth it. Accurate results.

This was $15 VERY well spent. Had been struggling with balancing my hot tub water for year using test strips. Had constant issues with cloudy, discolored and sometimes funky smelling water. Wasted hundreds of dollars trying to treat the water with various different product combinations. An accurate pH reading has made a world of difference. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. Additionally, I contacted the seller inquiring about more calibration medium, though I haven't yet used the packets which were included, as the tester came pre-calibrated. The seller promptly responded with a couple links to sellers of the medium. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Took about 6 tries to calibrate it. Have yet to try it in pool.
