Killed my budgie :(
The base was uneven with the ground, the swing wasn't secure, when my budgie went to go on it the swing unhooked he landed on his front and his wing fell under the bottom, when he tried to get back up he was crushed by the playground itself and died on the way to the avian hospital.If you try to wash the playground the cheap dye comes off, which is probably not healthy. We did our best for our little guy. We loved him and are shattered by his death.Edit: they never got back to me.This should have come with a way to hook it to the base. We just wanted him to enjoy a new toy and now we've lost him.Buyer beware!

Don't let anyone tell you any different, this playstation is suitable for cockatiels. My pair spend a big part of the day perching on the top bar. The swing is too small so I removed it and placed 2 chewbars on the vacant hooks. They don't need the swing anyway ---- they aren't monkeys 🤓😊 Great item for your birds to have a break from their cage.

Best product I brought for my cockatiel love it odie has a great time playing in it the swing is a little small but other wise it’s perfect and u can always use a different swing on it ❤️

missing parts, very disappointed
Once I received the set and started to put it together, I realised that 1 part H which was the bottom horizontal dowel was missing. For some reason I received 2 Perch dowels instead of 1 (blue in photo), also was missing part E the bell dowel. Really disappointed.

Birds love this!
My gcc love this! I would say get the XL if you have a small-med size parrot. I bought 2 lrg for the same price as 1 XL and worked very well for me. I have 4 small parrots so I use them side by side and just turned the ladder on the outside for extra tail room.Tip. Use the packing box underneath for extra play area! See pics.
