C.S. Lewis Goes To Hell: A Companion and Study Guide to The Screwtape Letters

Bought this study guide to accompany a high school/Homeschool unit. Very pleased with excellent questions for private contemplation as well as group discussion. Sections of this study guide almost seem to work like a traditional concordance, which facilitates finding specific topics in the original Lewis text. Topic summaries are also included in another section. Overall a lot of scholarly work and research, with very worthwhile discussion questions for students and adults alike. Definitely worth the investment

This is the second study guide on C. S. Lewis' "Screwtape Letters", as I was attempting to gain better insight for leading our Sunday School class for one Sunday. There are references and perspectives that help communicate some of the original hopes Mr. Lewis may have had in his original writing and helps put some of those concepts into today's perspectives utilizing analogies which may be relevant today. Thoroughly enjoyed the education these study guide have provided.

I used this when I was teaching The Screwtape Letters to my high school English class. It was very helpful! I loved the discussion questions for each letter. The book was organized very well, so it made it easy to flip from one place to another during our discussions. I highly recommend this if you're teaching this book or even if you're just reading it yourself.
