Great taste

I purchased this as an ingredient for a cake. Clementine cake it was awful, I hate clementines. Probably the worst thing I've ever tasted in my life aside from clementines and marzipan. So had to find another use for it. So I used it to make corn tortillas for tacos. Just so I didn't have to throw it away, as I didn't have any other use for it. Turned out perfect for corn tortillas.

I wanted a normal maize but it is flour, not mentioned on the ad unfortunately.

Good quality polenta that looked and tasted just right. Fine grains that made a lovely cake and enhanced my pizzas.

natural food no additives

For a fineground cornmeal this is fine...however, it isn't really useful for making polenta as shown in the pictures.

Quick took cook, as this is finely ground variety. Tastes great.
