I bought these molds to do chocolate bombs. I've only tried it once and it was a failure. But I can guarantee that the problem wasn't related to the molds. It was totally me and my non-existing chocolate skills! When I tried to take the chocolate off the mold, it tore up because I put less chocolate than I should've.I am also using the molds for ice which works perfectly.The size is perfect for everything.

When I searched and purchased these, there were several reviews about using them for hot chocolate bombs. Now those reviews are gone. They are too small for that use. I can barely fit two tablespoons of mix in the sphere. I’m disappointed.

These molds are great ! Easy to use! There is a learning curve for the hot chocolate bombs, I wouldn't use cooking spray and use multiple layers to make them thick. These molds were super easy to use and the chocolate came right out ! I highly recommend!
