I was really happy when my mat arrived the day after I ordered it. It is perfect for the projects I am doing. I have used it several times and it is self healing. Also, a great product for the price. Much cheaper than Joanne's and with free Amazon shipping it was a real bargain.

I just threw it in the garbage. Bought it 4 months ago, I've used both sides.. this board IS NOT SELF HEALING!!! Not only does it not heal itself, it leaves tiny green specks ALL over my workspace. Even after I clean my table, I find green specs. I've had to pick off green specs from products I've made... this mat is horrible. May it rest in pieces.

Received the mat today. Tried a few cuts on it. The mat grips my paper, balsa wood and gatorfoam nicely. No slipping around as it did on a regular cutting board. I like it a lot.

The warranty registration doesn't work! Worse yet, the email ([email protected]) for Plustin also fails. Are they still in business? Follow-Up, as another reviewer commented, this cutting mat is NOT self-healing. The cuts in the mat are opening wider with time. Do NOT buy!

It is a great cutting mat with the measurements on both sides. Even in the picture you can see the white core, it is really nice and thick. It will last a really long, long time.

Haven't used it yet, however, it is thicker than the one I had. Was surprised to see that the measurement only went to 11 x 17 on the grid.
