I'm curious about the quality and speed of cuts. Any comparison to cutting by hand or hobart attachments?

good quality cuts, for thin slicing and and dicing. also does good quality matchstich radishes with grater. I use for house shredded cheese, sliced/diced potatoes(so much faster than by hand with comparable quality), and other root veg processing...hope this helps
