Contrary to what some reviewers said, these knives are heavyweight and will even cut through thick cuts of meat. I’m glad I purchased. Great value for the money.

These are not heavy duty as advertised ... they do flex and bend easily. We needed heavier duty forks for our break room at work and these had to be returned. The ones at Costco and Sam's Club (clear ones, not white) are better.
