No Power
Printer would not turn from the red light start up light to the green light. And the LCD screen did not work. Immediately returned. I do. It know how this passed any inspections.

Pre-owned by Walmart, CANNOT be reset to original factory setting. Useless (unless you are Walmart).
Could not get this to work so I contacted Zebra tech support.They looked up the serial # and it turns out that it was preowned by Walmart.Zebra tech support informed me that Walmart and Amazon use custom settings. Once "set", it can never, never ever, be reset to the original factory settings.In other words, it can NEVER work for anyone ever again, yet Barcode Printer Specialists has no problems selling them to us.Interesting business model.Oh yeah, just to keep things spicy, somehow the ZD620d zapped all the settings on my trusty Canon MG2520 printer. Now that doesn't work either, I have to save every doc as a PDF then print it.Several steps have been now added to what used to be an easy click and print system, but that's not Barcode Printer Specialists problem is it?

NOT SAME AS PICTURE SHOWED
A: The seller's pictures shown there's come with a Zebra adaptor, but there is come with No-Brand name adaptor. very light, cheap quality.B: Lost Wifi connection.

The Wifi is not working
Talk to zebra tech and the wireless card which is built in to the mobo does not have a mac address.

I love it！！！This is the most perfect label printer I have ever used. ZEBRA is an excellent manufacturer.
