Q: Are the inside of the blades a smooth surface, or are they a rigid/grooved/textured?

The ones I received are smooth inside.

Q: What depth can these bend?

The jaws will hold about 35mm (about 1 3/8") depth of sheet metal.

Q: I bend metal for window wrapping, the Stanley benders i have now didn't give me a crisp bend, would these give me a better bend?

I use Midwest religiously bending metal roofing panels, as well as the Stanley product. However, if your looking for a crisp, sharp crease, try the AMERIMAX (depending on the type and gauge of metal; 26ga. no prob., 24ga.,will but tool is aluminum and stresses a bit, as I'm bending steel). Comes with 10", 6", and 3" blades. I'd stake my oath on them🍻

Q: Do the 5, 9 and 12 inch blades fit these? And are the blades sold separately, without the grips if so?
