Perfect supplement for Omegas during pregnancy
I originally picked this brand as it was recommended by the American Pregnancy Association. This supplement has an excellent amount of omega 3s including DHA for prenatal health. I started taking this before I came pregnant and have continued it during pregnancy. I have not found many other supplements with this high of DHA which is important for brain growth. No bad taste and very easy to swallow. It is three small capsules.

Very good product you need this and a good cq10 if you are trying to conceive. Also take FH Pro for woman and this together. This helps with Ivf.
