I am a big believer in pickle juice for leg cramps it helps my leg cramps immensely I also have RLS and it does help with the cramps that go with that excellent taste not too salty I actually put this in my bloody Mary too and it takes one good highly recommend this

Great for muscle cramps
I buy this to use for muscle cramps. Drinking about half a cup gets rid of cramps within minutes. I pour it into empty water bottles and keep them in convenient places, such as in the bedroom or bathroom and the car. I love this pickle juice. It works better than anything else I've tried for getting rid of muscle cramps quickly.
