Doesn’t work on iPad - Updated yes it does
Tried multiple USB storage devices; iPad doesn’t even detect it.Update: 10/15/22 found this in a box in my storage unit and decided to try it out again. It read the USB flash drive fine, even after I formatted and loaded multiple video files. I increased the rating from one to five stars.

I searched high and low for this product at stores in my area...Amazon had it. I transfer files from my computer to my iPhone. It's so easy to use. It works great!

I actually use this for thumb drives.
I’m not into the whole buying space on Apple so I’ve been saving a lot of my files on thumb drives, thanks to this adapter.It works awesome !

I use it to attach the pen drive and copy paste to and from my iPad and iPhone. And it works great.I recommend it.

I needed this adapter to fix a slight touch screen problem on an ipad mini. when I inserted a wired mouse into the USB, It did not respond like it should.I was also trying to transfer photos from my iphone to an attached USB flash drive, i got no response as well.so it didnt work

I actually got these so I could use my keyboard/mouse with my iPad. My laptop finally died, and I don't have the patience to not have a keyboard! It works.
