First complaint: ordered Mar 12 and didn’t receive it until April 29.Second complaint: Description says upper gnome is 6.5” x 4” and lower gnome is 6.3” x 3”. Look at the picture, they aren’t anywhere near that.Third complaint: the string holding the two together wasn't glued like the bottom one and came right apart. The glue is blocking the hole it’s supposed to be glued in so I can’t just fix it myself.I was going to return, but the seller does not provide shipping and it was going to cost more to pay for shipping to China than it originally cost. I emailed the seller and they were very responsive and refunded my money, which was greatly appreciated.

Easy to install on my tree. The neighborhood kids love it! Well made and durable in the weather.

This arrived with the climbing gnome broken- his arms have separated from his body. This piece is much smaller that described-very time piece. Looks to be clay that’s painted.Not worth returning I should have checked the sellers return policy before purchasing.

It's a cute item I thought would look nice on a tree by the street. And all the children passing by love iy. But the bottom figure is held up by a piece of string that I don't anticipate lasting very long. If it wasn't for the string I'd give it a higher mark.

NOT accurate description at all! Product description states each gnome is over 6”. Lucky if the entire product including the string is 6”. Way too small. Contacted seller. Waiting on response

Read the sizes. They are tiny. Dont know if you cam see on a tree

Arrived on time. No damage. Excellent quality. Heavy and sturdy with great paint work. Screw slots in the back work fine. Looks awesome on the tree.
