Very useful to be able to check my ketone as diabetic person

I ordered the BOSIKE Ketone Test Strips on the 15 Aug 2023 which were delivered the following day. The instructions are use within 100 days of opening. The goods were sold with an expiry date Sept 17 2023 so did not last the 100 days before being unusable.

I bought these when I started the keto diet to check if I was in ketosis. When I tried it at first the reading was a very light pink, and I thought this must mean I'm not in ketosis so I started going through my diet with a fine tooth comb - I did spot a couple of things I'd been taking for granted had 0g of carbs which actually had more so it was useful in that sense.However since then my husband (who has been on keto for 6 months and is VERY strict) tried it and also got a light pink result. I tried it again today, after I know for sure my carbs today have been under 15g, and I still got exactly the same light pink result.It could be that we're still both somehow doing something wrong, but very difficult to tell whether this is the case or if the strips just aren't very effective as we always get the same result. There's also no guidelines on if it even should be darker or if the light pink is good enough.

Easy to use

Seem to be very accurate. I brought them for myself and husband to use, which was handy as you have to use them within 100 days and if you’re only testing once a day.... you do the maths.It’s easy to read but I did have to look online for the optimal mmol level for keto fat burning, but still handy to check you’re in ketosis

Ottime strisce per la misurazione dei corpi chetonici nelle urine Affidabili.Sono le migliori che abbia provato, quindi spero che tornino presto disponibili!NON TUTTI SANNO CHE i chetoni passano nelle urine solo all'inizio della chetosi, quando c'è il picco.Appena si compie l'adattamento chetotico (cioè si passa dalla modalità brucia glicogeno a quella bruciagrassi) i chetoni vengono utilizzati dall'organismo e le strisce ne tracciano quantitativi molto minori... quindi se siete certi di fare tutto bene ma le strisce non diventano viola, non preoccupatevi!

están muy bien, pero estaría mejor que tuviera colores mas vivos, son mu y claros los negativos y cuesta distinguir
