I bake Italian Pizzelles in many flavors and I wanted to make some for a friend who loves Peeps, the marshmallow candies. I tried many flavors but this marshmallow extract, along with yellow dye, made the perfect match.

Marshmallow flavor: I love to use it in a spray bottle with water as a room freshener, soak some on a sock and through it in the dryer with clothes and mix with coconut oil for my body, since I like all my products to be non toxic, I use food grade extracts and I feel and smell great!

Used in a beer recipe. I would recommend using no more than 1oz per 5 gallons. 2oz left my first batch slightly reminiscent of candle aroma. Now I blend fluff and this stuff together to accent each other and I'm satisfied

This is my favorite brand for flavorings and emulsions for all my baking needs. Give them a try!

Leary of purchasing this after reading some reviews but I’m quite happy I did. I needed an alcohol based extract to make lollipops and this was fantastic. Everyone gushed over the marshmallow flavored candy. Shipping and packaging was efficient.

Not a good product. Product does not smell or taste like marshmallow. Weak. Bitter unless cooked.

I mixed this flavoring extract in with a yogurt parfait as per the recipe so I got the hint of marshmallow but there is an overwhelming after taste of bitterness or chemical type taste obviously it’s an extract so I got the alcohol flavor too but I dunno if this stuff goes bad but I think I may have gotten a bad batch maybe? Since I am reading a lot of other people said theirs was really good. Mine is not good at all unless I am misusing it and suppose to only use in baking??
