Phool is genuinely a high quality product co. which I do not doubt when it comes to their packaging and product quality. The incense sticks were good and the scent is just amazing and it comes with a free wooden Stand. The only thing which I observed is the incense stick doesnt burn in one go and it stops in the middle and than you have to light it again it happened with me dont know its with other users. Secondly the product is slightly overpriced for Rs.330/- for 2 packs of 80 sticks each which is almost Rs.2.08/- per stick. I vouch if they work on their pricing without comprising their quality their sales can touch a new high. Overall a good product and I am satisfied.

First of all product is good .longevity is also good about 45-50 minutes. Packaging is great all things are on point but i have a suggestion for PHOOL.COIs please increase the aroma of jasmine 🙏. In this price we need some more strong smell. When we burn a single stick aromas of jasmine is there but we need more. Please don't tell to lightup two sticks because this is a premium product not a regular insence sticks it costs.So my total verdict is 5/5 on Packaging , 4/5 on aromaAnd one good thing is it tells i am a hand made product i look a dirty but i will perform very good

5 Star for packaging - too much attention on it5 Star for messaging - it's agarbatti by the way1 star for fragrance - After all, we buy agarbattis for fragrance during pooja. It has a very mild fragrance which is close to nothing.It's highly overpriced and I think they can significantly reduce the price by spending less on packaging & increase no of sticks for the customers.I don't think I will buy it again in future despite they claiming 100% organic etc.Hope they make it for Indian customers and not only for foreign type customers.

I personally didn't like the fragrance of any of the incense. Only outer package is looking very good but not up to the mark. Please improve the product. Thank you

This item was gifted to a friend in the UK who was very happy with the quality - fragrance and duration that it took to burn. Packaging is very robust with attractive graphics and I am happy to support this brand that recycles temple flowers to produce these sticks.

All is good but I think the incense sticks in the combo packs are way too thin. This means we are paying for the brand name but the product that is sold in individual packs is thicker. Not quite ethical according to me.

Beautiful scents with little smoke compared to normal incense sticks.
