Nature's Way EPO, 100 Softgels 500 MG

My wife is on a specific treatment by an MD who also has recommended evening primrose oil and a few other OTC supplements in addition to a prescription treatment she receives. She's used evening primrose oil in the past, but prefers this one specifically, and we've continued to re-order it since beginning to use this brand. Another brand was originally suggested by the physician, but there was no pressure at all from her, and she was fine with alternative brands as long as it was a quality product. This has been just fine both in product quality and price.

This supplement is well known for reducing the symptoms of menopause. However I read it can be good for EVERY kind of skin condition except, maybe acne. I've had eczema for years and tried all types of creams without much effect. I started taking the Evening Primrose Oil and the eczema cleared up in about a month and stays away as long as I take the stuff.

I have been taking EPO for about 27 years. I swear by it!! As I was going through menopause I managed to maintain my hair, clear skin, and nail health thanks to EPO! I prefer the 500mg because I can increase and spread out my intake throughout the day. Natures Way is a reputable and reliable brand. I would highly recommend it. (Oh, and I take 2,000mg per day.)

I have ordered several different types of evening primrose oil for the horrible adrenaline ridden hot flashes I get. Some work better than others. Although the Nature's Way evening primrose oil doesn't completely eliminate hot flashes, I find that it helps and it is far superior to the last evening primrose I bought. I need a smaller capsule because capsules get stuck in my esophagus. I take 1500 mg in the morning and at night. I will be ordering these again.
