Don't do it!
Do not buy this!!It doesn't provide enough cooling for the VRM on the back. You will need to water cool the back, too, unless you want to add a bunch of heat sinks and fans on top of this (which defeats the purpose of water cooling) or throttle to 70% (which defeats the purpose of a 3090).
