Fits well, has good compression. The only thing I dislike is the material is not breathable. Holds alot of moisture compared to my other knee brace.

Love these! Didn’t think I’d need a medium , but my quads said otherwise lol so I would suggest sizing up if you have dominant quads. So supportive , material is comfortable. My knees are so happy 🥰

The media could not be loaded.    From all the knee support braces and sleeves that I have tried so far, these seem to work best! Let's get to the size first of all: If you have measured your knee size, order one size bigger than what your measurement suggests. So, for instance, I ordered a Large for myself (I was thinking Medium at first beacause I thought the Large might be too big but I am glad I selected Large) and it is a little tight around the lower end. This means that, it cuts into my skin, especially if I am wearing it on bare skin. So, make sure that you order a size bigger ONLY if you can not tolerate knee sleeves cutting into your skin.Now the reason why I did not exchange this for a bigger size is because, I like the support it offers and can tolerate its tightness (i.e. skin cutting factor). I have developed severe knee problems due to some recent sport injuries/weight gain issues and I have the kind of knee cap, that sort of 'shifts' into the wrong position each time I kick too intensely during a kick-boxing session or during any other form of intense exercise session that requires use of knee joints. Therefore, for myself, a tight fit works great because it keeps things in place and prevents stuff inside my knees from moving around. Therefore, I am able to complete my workouts worry-free because whenever something moved out of my place in my knee, it would follow intense pain. So, choose a size according to your needs. If you are also looking for knee sleeves that keep your knees 'in place,' and you can tolerate a little cutting, than go for your exact knee size. So, for instance, my knee size is about 16 inches and the Large fits. If you want a snug fit and want to wear something that does not cut your skin (if you are sensitive to cutting), than select one size bigger. Makes sense?Measurements for Large size:If you lay it down flat, folded just as it comes in packaging, from the back, it measured 8 inches, from the front, it was 11 inches. The top end is 5.5 inches and the bottom is 7.5 inches. [See pictures in the video for reference]. When you actually have it on, the width would change of course, so the top would be 11 inches and the bottom end would be 15 inches.Pros:' Good fit' Sturdy material (neoprene)' Very nice colour. I have not tried washing it yet so I can not comment on whether or not the smell would disappear following washing. It would be better if the sleeves were manufactured out of a smell-free material.' True-to-size fit will cut a little, especially on bare skin.Summary: Superb quality. Allows me to practice my kick-boxing without worrying and really fits my knee well, albeit tightly but that is exactly what I want in order to keep my knee in place and to stay pain-free. The one thing people should keep in mind when buying a product like this is the comparison between WARMTH and SUPPORT. The 7MM neoprene is great for keeping your knees WARM. As for support, if you looking for something that will add spring to your squats,, this IS NOT the type of product that will do that particular action.My knees measured 16.5 inches and according to the chart, the XL was the correct size. Had I purchased a size smaller I doubt that I would have been able to get them on. I have had both of my knees scoped in the past. One was a scraping or smoothing of the petella ( back of the knee cap) and one was a removal of some minisscus. These sleeves do a great job of keeping your knees WARM and as far as support goes, I'd say in my honest opinion that the support is marginal at best. Perhaps it is due to the thickness that makes people think that their knees are being supported by the restricted movement due to the bunching effect in the back of the knee or bend of the knee. As an Olympic lifter where squatting is common in allot of the movements we do, I have based my review on this application. Take it for what it's worth.

This was my second pair i really enjoyed them use them twice a week during leg training. They have helped stabilize my shaky knee. I was able to up my squat weight. I have large calfs and ordered the medium kinda tight tricky to get on but really does good when i get them on. Ordered a second pair thinking i ordered large to see if was as good but better fit ended up getting medium again but just as good as the second.

Absolute beauties, I ordered the wrong size originally because I didn't check before I ordered. I emailed mava and they got back to me right away with a 100% off code for another pair. Well they came yesterday and fortunately today was leg day. Felt so secure doing my sets, what I was doing 6 with last week I got 10 with today. Hack squats felt great as well was able to use full rom with no concern for knees. Didn't use them for squats which I regret but I except a pr next leg session with these knee sleeves for sure!...update finally hit 10 reps on 140kg thanks to these sleeves!!!

The day after I bought these I tried them on for a heavy leg day at the gym and I was very impressed. The usual aches and pain in my knee were no longer there. My knees felt well secured, warm, comfortable, and the sleeves stayed put. The sleeves didn't slide down and the fit was spot on the the measurement table provided.I look forward to many more trainings with the sleeves and look forward to getting another couple of pairs to keep on laundry rotation:)
