I started taking this vitamin about 4 weeks before I was diagnosed w/ breast cancer. As you can imagine my stress went through the roof. Pleasantly surprised by the taste. They work great! My nails are starting to get length and little thicker. My nails have always been as fragile as tissue paper.... my hair isn't so unhappy and dry anymore. Its healthy and soft. I got more of my curls back. It knots less. This product is so full of things that are harmful. It’s nothing but a bunch of fillers. It contains modifies corn starch, rice bran wax, sorbitol. These aren’t even chewable so definitely no need for the sorbitol. Worst of all, it contains carrageenan which is a carcinogen! That isn’t even the whole list. How can this be considered healthy?

This stuff really works. My nails have gotten so much stronger and longer after just 2 weeks of taking this. After removing my acrylic nails my real nails were very thin and cracking. I have noticed a difference with my hair as well, it's not pulling out as easy. I'm very happy with the results and it's not super expensive. I highly recommend this to anyone.
