None of Vanguard’s Q/R plates include a 3/8” stud. The best way to handle this is a 3/8 -> 1/4-20 reducer.

Does this have a D ring to tighten with

It has a D ring and the head is slotted so either could be used to tighten or loosen.

Will this fit the vanguard sbh-100 ball head?
