it would be the same size if I wear 9 (men size) ?

I wear a 8.5 womens shoe so will the 6 or 7 be better?

When will you guys have size 9 or 10 in the reds? also i wear a 9.5 which size would fit better?

Do these shoes come in different widths? i'm looking for 2e width, size 8 us
