There is nothing wrong with this product necessary, however it is not as potent as another brand that I had been taking. I had been taking Sprouts brand for over a year to help with some hormonal breakouts and it worked like a charm, one pill a day and never had another issue. However, I read the review of this product and decided to switch since I could bundle it with my other Amazon subscription deliveries. I stopped taking the Sprouts brand and started taking these and within 2-3 weeks I started breaking out again. I quickly ran to Sprouts to get a bottle of theirs and noticed that theirs has the 200 Seed and the 250 Extract while this brand only has the Extract. So, all of that to say,depending on why you are taking these you may want to look into a more concentrated pill.

I was suffering from gout and was taking corrective medications but the gout used to periodically relapse once the medications were over......then one of my friends suggested this .....I purchased this last year (2 bottles) and used to take it before the meals (lunch and dinner).......No side effects or no after taste........I combined this with a concoction of lemon, ginger and honey mixed warm water (around a liter) in the morning......and from past 1 year Gout has not relapsed.....my bowel movements have improved and I am free from all kinds of limitations I used to follow on my diet (no pulses, purine related foods etc.).....This has worked wonders for me and I would recommend this to anyone affected by any ailments related to liver functioning.

I have received this in quick time despite having it sent to an overseas address, hence the5 stars for delivery, i cant really comment on its success as i have only been taking it a few days so its really to early fora proper review. I will update this when i have taken the first bottle of tablets. I take 2 tablets at lunch time in case it interferes with other medications I take for blood pressure in the morning, so far i have had no reaction or problems by taking this tablet with my other medication. I hope it is doing good but not sure how you tell without proper tests on the liver.

My 14 1/2 year old miniature schnauzer had elevated liver enzyme test results. I started her on Sonora Nutrition Milk Thistle and within a short period of time, her liver function tests were in the normal range. This has been maintained for over a year now and I am very happy with the results and the quality of this product. I have checked with four different vets and all agree that milk thistle is a good product to use in dogs with elevated liver function tests. I have found the Sonora Nutritioin brand to be very satisfactory.

Received Sonora Nutrition Milk Thistle in a very short time. Both Sonora and Amazon were right on top of shipping this product. Too early to tell if it makes a difference as I've only started taking them a short while ago for the first time ever. I do however feel this product will help in the long run. I wasn't to kind on my liver in my early days and any help I can get ...I'll take. However; five stars on the delivery. Decent price too.

I had my gallbladder removed in Nov 2016. There were gallstones and a HIDA scan revealed a gallbladder ejection fraction of 6%, which is very low. So now I'm taking better care of my liver. This product had the fewest additional ingredients. It just makes sense. Good price, fast delivery and they recently contacted me by email and asked how I was doing and offered to correct any problem I was having with their product. I'll be buying their milk thistle from now on.
