MMCX to MMCX. However, I'd get the 2 pin version and a 2 pin (0.78mm) to MMCX adapter. MMCX has a fragile pin in the middle and can break easily. You'll be better off getting an adapter for it and keeping said adapter in your IEM's rather than detaching the MMCX connector from anything.
