Bought these as a Xmas present for my daughter and they are on constantly. We have hooked them up to her Alexa so she can control them by voice and music 🎶.Only negative it the adhesive stickers are not very good and there are not enough of them.

Great for people like me who are rubbish at wrapping presents

The lights look good in position. We are lucky to have picture rails in both kids bedrooms which hides the worst of the “tape”. If we didn’t I would struggle with seeing the tape going up and down looking untidy. Beware they don’t supply enough mechanical or stick clips as per recommended centres, in fact only half the amount are supplied for the full lengths. I ended up paying another £8 for extras so remember to take that into account if you’re going to use the full reel.

The media could not be loaded.  A well received gift for a young person.This product is very good has the description details and we are overall pleased with the item but we did run into a few issues.Fist issue we encountered was getting the lights to stick to one of our walls even though the wall isn't damp or show signs of damp the sticky pads would not adhere to one of the four walls.Second issue was using the connector pieces to join the strips.I had a few of these pieces fail to connect properly which meant the strip I was trying to join failed to work as they would just flicker and not stay on it was very frustrating.Thirdly the disco mode functionality only works with music that is on the apple store or music stored on your device (can't remember which I will retest and edit) so the music playing in the room via Alexa which we have Amazon music, Spotify and YouTube music but neither of these were compatible with the music mode and that is disappointing.I will retest the app to see if it has been updated with these features and alter my review accordingly.

Great looking lights if a but fiddly to install. I feel this could have been easier if the instructions were a bit more detailed especially about splicing the strips and how to go around corners. But I did managed to find guides in YouTube. The power cable could have done with being a bit longer, as it was I had to make the strips go slightly down the wall then plug into the transformer and then the power cable trailed down into an extension. This is all hidden behind a curtain and desk, apart from a 7 inch strip of LED lighting at the top of the curtain.Functionality seems great with strobing, loads of colours. I managed to connect it to Google really easily but I've not yet tested it.

Quite happy with these lights, they were very easy to put up and sorting out the app was a breeze.. I even got them to work through Alexa with little difficulty. I would have to knock off a star though for the amount of sticky clips that came with it.. there wasn't half enough for a proper installation,the strip was hanging in places so didn't look tidy.. on top of all that the sticky clips came away from the wall in one night, but I would probably blame that on the lack of clips which was putting extra pressure on what clips I had.. it did come with screw in clips but these won't work on concrete walls they are only good for plasterboard..

I liked these lights because they were very easy to set up and work through Alexa, an app or remote that comes with. The brightness can be controlled too.I removed a star because the colours aren’t very accurate. The main ones are fine but others not so much. Also there is a bit of electricity leakage that means that I can see them glowing when they are meant to be off. Not dangerous but will affect bills so I have to plug them out when not in use. Overall excellent! I’d buy again
