Understand that turmeric in anything is an interesting flavor. It is not my favorite, but turmeric is absolutely my go-to for help with inflammation (the cause of arthritis). So, with a little honey, this is a drinkable tea and I've learned to enjoy it. It is also very nice in almond milk in the evenings. I have many RISHI flavor options. It is the best tea for my money on the market. I recommend it to anyone asking me what tea I drink. RISHI all the way!
