this is a great product!
It is a good smelling product to protect my skin. Some spf types smell odd and/or do not feel good on my skin. When I read about toxic levels of chemicals in sunscreens, this was the ONLY product that doesn't have cancer-causing and other toxic ingredients in a sunscreen. I have to be careful in the sun and so I am glad I found this product. I wish it was available more in general. Everybody ought to know the truth about the lesser quality sunscreens. They are not good for the skin, even if they block sun rays. The benefits of them do not outweigh the risks if a person has to use an spf daily, like I have to do. Occasional beach goers can probably tolerate the cheap stuff in generic form, but if you care about what you put on your skin, research the toxins in spf sunscreens and makeup. This is a wonderful invention filling a great need, in a VERY healthy manner.

Best Non-Chemical Sunscreen
I used Banana Boat baby a few weeks ago and broke out in a horrible rash on my arms, chest, and face. Found out I am allergic to chemical sunscreens. On my search, I went to the EWG website and found this sunscreen as one of the highest rated natural sunscreens. No titanium dioxide, just zinc oxide and lots of skin softening ingredients. It is not waterproof so even after a little time in the water, needs to be reapplied, like any sunscreen. I did not burn or have any kind of rash, and the other ingredients were so soothing. I have light skin that tans but will burn easily without protection. I LOVE it! Wish it were a little less expensive, but I'll pay the price to not get another unsightly rash! Am also trying Vanicream, another highly rated and so far, so good, but not as good as this one.

Gets the job done
It goes on easily, and it doesn't feel really uncomfortable on my skin. It does leave something of a little bit of a white cast, but nothing super visible from a distance.

Great for sun protection but bad white cast
Great at protecting against sunburn and I also really liked the smell of this cream. I usually get burnt fairly easily and didnโt after being in the sun all day and applied this twice. Not oily at all. However it is a little difficult to rub in, really thick, and leaves a big white cast. But Iโll reiterate again it was GREAT at protecting against sunburn.

difficult to spread/leaves white cast
Almost perfect. I can even use this on my face after electrolysis without breaking out and I have *extremely* sensitive skin. It's vegan and cruelty free, too. I put it on while my moisturizer is still wet and that helps with the spreading difficulty and white cast issue, but if you're a POC you might want to buy one of their tinted products instead.

Best Face Lotion I've Found
This is my absolute favorite face lotion. I have pretty sensitive skin and many of the cheaper drug store face lotions make me break out and make my skin dry and itchy. I love that it has sunscreen all in one step also. It has a nice orange smell to it and actually moisturizes my skin without irritating it. It feels a little greasy but isn't after I put on my powder foundation and my make up goes on really smooth with it. Being in college, and on a budget, I tried the body lotion for my face since it was cheaper and I haven't noticed a difference!

Nooooooooope
Don't buy this product! It's so dry and you can rub it in. (keep in mind my bottle was fully sealed so it wasn't dried out) I love Beach Bum instead, smells great, nourishes skin, and is way cheaper.

Not Recommend
I wanted a safer sunscreen than the regular commercial ones I had been using for years. I bought Suntegrity ($26) and All Good ($18) to test them out. I am in the Phoenix, Arizona area where UV light is pretty harsh. I have light olive skin, walk daily outdoors with my arms, some of my legs exposed. I tested each sunscreen for about a month and here were my findings: Suntegrity - left a nasty white residue no matter how much I tried to apply it - feels heavy on my skin - did protect me - I did leave a little area purposefully exposed and all the areas I applied the sunscreen were protected - $26 is steep for the 3 oz tube - it is unscented, which I do like All Good - $8 less than Suntegrity - light feel after application - unscented - if you rub it in, it's almost invisible With both, I didn't go swimming, so idk how good this is for swimming, but for walking in the intense Arizona sun, it does great. If Suntegrity wasn't such a thick feel on my skin, and left this white residue (in their advertising it says it's basically invisible - that is NOT true with me), I wouldn't mind paying the price, but I don't only want protection without the harsh chemicals, but I want something that looks and feels good on my skin. I would not recommend Suntegrity for the reasons I stated, but if those things don't matter to you, then have at it.
