The product arrived on time, brand new and completely sealed by the manufacturer company. There was not signs of been previously used or not properly handled so in my opinion the seller took good care of the product and I do recommend it as long as he keep providing the same level of customer service I will considerate making some purchases in the future. I do not have anything against this product in particular. But I have found that supplementing synthetic Vitamin D3 is not a good way to increase your Vitamin D. Research shows that supplementing magnesium is the most effective way to raise D levels. And for the vegans/vegetarians out there, you should know that this (like all synthetic D3 products) is made from a sheep byproduct.Here's what happened when I took this. It made my body start breaking down bone at a far faster rate than is normal. This happens because synthetic D worsens the pre-existing imbalance between calcium and magnesium that everyone in any developed nation already has because of misguided food fortification programs. I had never had a cavity in my entire life until I started taking this, and then I got three in the first year. I also developed Superior Canal Dehiscence Syndrome and otosclerosis as a result of taking synthetic D. This means that fake D tore holes through my skull so that now, sound waves enter the wrong part of my ear. It's completely debilitating and I cannot function at all. I cannot be around other people. At all. I can't take a shower. I can't be conscious when it's raining without having a complete meltdown. Sound is utterly unbearable. I will never be able to be a normal human being ever again, because D3 LITERALLY deformed my skull.But that was just the beginning. When synthetic D made my body start breaking down crazy fast, it also made my body start depositing excess minerals in soft tissue. Everything in my body calcified. My facial muscles calcified, and I couldn't move them or breathe properly. My sinuses calcified. My Eustachian tubes calcified. My esophagus calcified. My lymph nodes all calcified. The calcification in and around my nose narrowed my nasal passages so that inhaling through my nose was literally impossible - not because of mucus or congestion, but because of structural narrowing as a result of soft tissue calcification. My diaphragm calcified, causing compulsive breathholding. My lungs calcified, meaning I could never take a full breath. My stomach calcified, causing gastroparesis. My rib cartilage all calcified, causing costochondritis. My intestines calcified, worsening my already-awful digestion. My ovaries calcified, causing painful nodules that medicine ignored because they weren't actual cysts. Many skeletal muscles around my joints calcified, causing each joint to be "frozen." I would have had this issue with any brand of D3. I am not talking bad about this supplier. I am simply telling people that no one should ever take synthetic D3 for any reason, at any dose, for any length of time, because it will ruin all your hard AND soft tissue, and it will NOT even actually raise your Vitamin D level. You must take magnesium to ACTUALLY raise your Vitamin D level.
