Q: Im general, which would you prefer. Black or Very Black?

Very black for more visibility.

Q: Is this truly water resistant? I had one that would hardly come off even under the shower. I'm looking for a similar one. Is this one that good?

This one is water resistant but I have to use makeup remover to get it off totally. It does not come off easily with soap and water.

Q: does this transfer onto your under eye concealer?

It doesn’t for me (as long as I don’t rub my eye)!

Q: Does this come see off in little tubes?

If you mean does the mascara come off your lashes like little tubes when removing, that's a different kind. This one dissolves like a powder, though the water resistance means it needs a bit of a soak before it starts to come off.
