Do these binoculars come with a case and strap?

Yes. The case is basic but sturdy with a velcro closure on the flap and a small zippered mesh pocket under the flap good for cleaning cloths or other small items. The included strap while not deluxe is lightly padded, adjustable, and quite adequate for all but heavy use.

WHAT are actual dimensions?

While laying flat, left to right is 7 5/8".Thickness from highest to lowest point is 2 3/8". Length is 6". I'm pleased with the purchase. Enjoy if you buy them.

No these will not float but they are waterproof.

How much should the center Focus rotate back and forward? I was wondering if mine are broken as it only moves a very small amount

I had the same problem with mine...the focus will only slide 1/8 of an inch. They should slide almost a half inch. Fix the focus problem and these are nice. I will usually adjust mine all the way out with a little pull as I spin the dial and I can get full range.
