Q: Do these pans have lids?

They do not and they are foil pans which are little more light weight than you might be used to. They fit my use though.

Q: An I bake food then freeze it and reheat up in oven

I would not. Simply because they are not the heavy gauge pan you would need to withstand puncture or crushing. Otherwise just for baking they are fine. If you do end up freezing food in them when you are ready to bake I recommend you stack another pan under it for insurance.
