Great fit, really durable
I've dropped my phone with this case on a few times. Never with grace. Always from more than 4ft and usually with some extra velocity behind it. I also do lawn care. So the dirt quotient is real. This case still looks great and my phone looks new. Keeps a lot more dust and debris out than I expected. The grip is good too. Slim so, not cumbersome. Much better than the otter box I had.

My phone fell from the roof of a car travelling 50 mph. It was fine.
I've had the case for well over a year. I do actually have a cracked screen despite the case, but that was dumb luck the way the phone fell onto a pointed surface. That and I did not install a glass protector. However, today was incredible. Leaving work, I was late for the kids' swim practice. I am behind at work and drowning as I'm playing catch up, so I was distracted. My team was in the 7th inning playing in to the CWS, and I had been tracking that on Twitter on the way to my car. I arrived at my car in the parking garage to find someone had parked right. next. to. my car door. I slid it open wide enough to throw my items in, one at a time. I, for whatever reason, set my phone on the roof of my car.As you can see where this is going, about 8-10 minutes later I found myself driving between 45-50 miles an hour down a six-lane road when I heard a loud tha-dunk. Mystified by the noise and knowing our terrible roads, my first thought was "pot hole". My next thought was 'oh absolutely not... my phone?' It was true. My phone was no longer connected to my car's bluetooth. I looked for the first place I could make a u-turn, engaging my flashers to make a slow-roll through the area I thought it had fallen. All the while, I was praying the car behind me had not run over my phone. No case would've saved that.As luck would have it, I saw my phone on the ground, resting on the double-yellow lines. I quickly and awkwardly hopped out of my car to retrieve it, fumbling to engage my gearshift and leave the road. Our drivers here are terrible in the best of times, and they would be justified for not anticipating a car to be stopped in the interior lane.Nervously, I drove to the first place I could pull off the road. My case? The corner by the camera lens looks rough. Rough. But it is intact and still usable. There're scuffs on the edges of the case. The phone? Perfectly fine. While the brunt of the impact was taken by the camera lenses, the lenses themselves were perfectly protected. My screen is still busted, but no worse than it was before falling from the roof of my car. I popped the case off to check for the overall frame, and found absolutely no damage.I drive a mid-size sedan, so the phone was probably mid-chest in height when it fell. I was traveling just over 50 miles an hour. I'll leave the math for a physics nerd, but sufficed to say my phone should be broken. It is not. Granted, my case looks kind of rough now... but Speck has a customer for life at this point. My phone shouldn't be working. I should've lost those videos of my kids. I should be shopping for a replacement right now, requesting a new SIM from my provider. Instead, my beat up case is in the next room, protecting my phone as it charges.Buy this. If you don't buy this, buy something else from Speck. Incredible.

Nice grip
I like the grip on the speck cases. I also like that it is very durable when the phone is dropped. I have a screen protector as well but I have to admit that my phone takes alot of damage and this case has protected the phone.

Decent protection but slippery
The case seems to be of good build quality and has a front raised lip for screen protection if placed screen side down. Build quality 8/10 as it seems like it could absorb a small drop no problem. The buttons felt a little spongy. Not as good a feedback or not as "clicky" as many other cases. The grey color is beautiful I loved that about this case and also its kind of hard to find a case for the Galaxy S21 in this color. But i ended up returning this case because it is just too slippery. Pretty ironic considering that this is supposed to be a grip case. The little ridges on the case are also hard plastic - same material as the case. Would have been nice if it was the soft touch rubbery kind. It would be way more comfortable to hold and also the phone+case wouldn't go sliding away on any smooth surface.I ended up with the UAG monarch case, no regrets.

As good if not better than Otterbox
I like the feel in hand and the material seems to be great quality. Definitely seems sturdy and as a replacement to the my I think it might even be slightly stronger. It fits amazingly snug but not hard to get phone with just a strong push of the thumbs. The buttons are good and "clicky" but do not stick out to far. Very please with the looks.

Sturdy but lightweight
My go to favorite phone case brand. Very sturdy but not heavy or clunky. I drop my phone all the time (not recommended!) and this case has protected it.
