It's easy to use but does not eliminate the pain as much as I had hoped.

I'm a computer programmer by day and do a lot of Arduino projects and computer editing on my free time so my wrist has taken a beating over the years. This brace works good to keep it feeling pain free - without it I will feel stiffness/pain by the end of the day whereas with using it I have no pain at all. I prefer this to the actual wrist ones, as they have that loop around the thumb which is annoying. This brand is the best too as it isn't thick so still fits under my long-sleeve T-shirts.

I’ve had extreme tendinitis in both arms for longer than I can remember. And these are absolutely the only tendon strap that I will wear. I love the dial, whoever came up with the use on the straps is a genius. On bad days or if I know, I’m going to be doing any lifting. I simply dial it up, and then, after I’m done, I can release the pressure. The only thing that, I have against it is that they can be far too expensive, I keep an ion the sales here on Amazon and buy them when they are reasonable. I’ve seen them for over $60 which is absolutely crazy.
